SIP & SPICE Cafe and Restaurant

Tried Sip and Spice Café in Calamvale for breakfast with my sister and our kids and it was such a hit! The French toast with ice cream, fruit and chocolate syrup was a favourite with the kids (as were the nuggets and chips). We shared the Big Breakfast for two—eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, mushrooms, the works—and it was so freaking tasty. The bacon was cooked to perfection and the portions were super generous, with some leftovers still on the plate. I also tried their strawberry matcha (made with in-house strawberry syrup and paste) which was divine, and the taro latte was just as good. Food came out quickly, the service was spot-on, and the whole vibe was relaxed and family-friendly. The kids loved it and so did we. Definitely recommend!

Just visited Sip and Spice for the first time with the family for breakfast, and it’s great to see a quality local option in Algester! The pricing is mid-range, but the meals are definitely worth it—good portions and great flavors. Paid $100 to feed a family of four. Service was polite, efficient, and friendly, with all our meals and drinks served within 10-15 minutes, which is impressive for a family of four. The kids enjoyed their breakfast, especially the fluffy pancake that came with the Kids Brekky—simple but well done. The Oreo milkshake ($8) was a hit with the kids too. While the milkshakes are on the basic side (mostly syrup and milk), a touch of chocolate powder or some flakes could really take them up a notch. It’s also great to see a venue offering variety—breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with an Indian menu available later in the day alongside all-day café favorites. With limited dining options in Algester at this level, it’s fantastic to have a place like this around. Definitely worth supporting local—I’ll be back to try the lunch or dinner menu soon!

Our family has been pleasantly amazed with the authentic creations and personalised tweaks to all dishes. Loved the home style, sweet potato flakes garnish. Coffee is amazing . We are serious coffee lovers and particular about our drop. These guys have nailed it. Dining experience was equally fantastic .

This newly launched"Sip & Spice" is much wanted cafe & restaurant in Calamvale - new fresh ambience, gives subtle & calming feeling. We as a family tried few different food & coffees and we all felt, a lot of attention has been given to quality, presentation and flavours. For example, check out the tender bacon in perfectly cooked Egg Benedict. Service & atmosphere are superb. Well priced, value for money as the serving sizes are very generous. This is a must try restaurant, go for it.

We had a beautiful lunch at Sip & Spice today. Friendly service and welcoming atmosphere. Delicious and affordable food. They catered for vegan options too. Will definitely be back!

Incredible Breakfast again this morning. The friendly owner greets customers personally and genuinely cares if you enjoy your dining experience.
